Dr. Bradford Picot of SouthEnd
Dentistry hails from Shaker Heights, Ohio, but his years in North Carolina have
converted him to a native. Dr. Picot was
named a Morehead Scholar upon high school graduation, and received admittance
to Kenan Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina in Chapel
Hill.
After receiving his Business
Administration degree, while a member of Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity and
completing his successful stint as drum major of the UNC marching band, Dr.
Picot earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery at UNC. Picot completed his
general practice residency at Palmetto Health Richland Memorial Hospital in
Columbia, South Carolina.
At the age of 28, Dr. Picot, who
is bilingual and speaks Spanish as well as English, opened SouthEnd Dentistry of Charlotte, North Carolina in 2009.
His numerous office innovations
in the pursuit of his patients’ ease and comfort include massaging dental
chairs, a cable TV in every room, digital x- ray capabilities, a juice bar, an
internet bar and an extensive art gallery. His practice physical plant also
boasts free garage parking, and is devoted to the premise of soothing dental
care. His office is easily accessible
from the city’s light rail line, as well.
The numerous accolades of his SouthEnd Dentistry patients attest to his many awards in his chosen field, including
being voted top dentist in Charlotte for 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014, Best
Dentist by Elevate Lifestyle Magazine for 2012 and 2013, and most recently, the
Patients Choice Award for 2013-2014.
Dr. Picot also boasts memberships
in the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic
Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and the North Carolina Dental
Society.

Dentistry has committed to his adopted city, and has become involved in
numerous civic and public service organizations dedicated to the betterment of
the community. The Charlotte Chamber of
Commerce works to influence economic and social policy and maintain a high
quality of life for Charlotte citizens.
Charlotte Rotary is dedicated to
fostering business fellowship, education, and community service. The Charlotte Young Affiliates of the Mint
Charlotte’s Young Affiliates of the Mint promote and support The Mint
Museum. The Chris Canty Foundation is
dedicated to the empowerment of youth to fulfill their potential.
The 100 Black Men of America 100
Black Men of America is a service club with the goal of educating and
empowering African American children and teens.
He has been named to the list of the USA’s Top Dentists by CRMA. These memberships are a source of pride to
Dr. Picot, and he takes his involvement with his community very seriously.
